Vehicle Entry

A vehicle parked in the laneway of a home on Elizabeth Street was entered sometime Sunday night.  The interior had been rummaged through and vehicle documents were reported stolen.  Please remember to lock your vehicles and take valuables inside.

Arrest Made in Vehicle Entry

A St. Thomas man was arrested early Tuesday morning around 3 am on Hincks Street.  Officers on Community Patrol were driving down the street when they noticed the tail lights of a truck were illuminated and the door was slightly ajar.  The officer stopped to investigate and discovered a male in the vehicle with a pair of stolen sunglasses hidden in his jacket.  Twenty nine year old Joshua Garrison was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  He was charged with one count Theft Under $5000 and four counts Breach of Release Conditions. He was held for a court appearance.
