Vehicle Entries

A vehicle parked on Fifth Avenue was entered sometime Monday overnight.  Nothing was taken but the interior was rummaged through.

A vehicle parked on Wellington Street was also entered Monday night.  Nothing was taken but the interior was rummaged through.

Naloxone

Police administered two rounds of Naloxone Tuesday afternoon around 2:30 pm to an unresponsive thirty one year old female who had accidentally overdosed.  The woman regained consciousness and was transported to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital by ambulance as a precaution.

Shoplift

A thirty seven year old St. Thomas woman is wanted by police after she was recorded on security video stealing items from Walmart Tuesday afternoon.  The woman is wanted for Theft Under $5000 and two counts Breach of Release Conditions.

Domestic Assault

A forty five year old St. Thomas woman was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault Tuesday evening around 7 pm after police were called to a disturbance at a residence.  The woman is alleged to have assaulter her forty six year old estranged husband after an argument escalated and became physical.  The woman was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  She was later released on an Undertaking with court date. No injuries were reported.

Wanted

A thirty three year old St. Thomas woman is wanted by police after she was identified as the suspect recorded on security video using stolen credit cards.  The cards were traced back to a vehicle entry that happened Monday night where a wallet was reported stolen.  The woman is now wanted for Possession of Stolen Property, Use Stolen Credit Card x2 and Breach of Probation.
