Shoplift

Police are investigating after a woman was observed shoplifting from a store on Talbot Street Friday afternoon.  The woman was confronted by employees and returned several items hidden in her pockets.  Employees believe there was more stolen merchandise hidden under her shirt.  The woman was last seen leaving the store on foot.  She met up with a male with red hair walking two small dogs.  The pair headed southbound to Jackson Street.  If you have any information about this theft please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit a tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca Refer to case #ST21015326

Vehicle Entry

Two vehicles parked in the lane way of a home on Wabbun Street were entered sometime Thursday overnight.  Some loose change was reported stolen.  Please remember to lock your vehicles and take valuables inside. ^15402

Assault

A thirty five year old St. Thomas woman is wanted on a warrant for one count of Assault after a family disturbance Saturday evening.  The woman is alleged to have assaulted her teenaged child during an argument.  No injuries were reported.  ^15526

Theft

Police are investigating after an ebike was stolen from the side of a house on Juno Drive sometime Saturday overnight.  The bike is described as a black ez-rider with retro style wide handlebars, brown saddle seat and mountain bike tires.  There was no batter in the bike at the time it was taken and would have had to have been pushed away.  If you  have any information about this incident or saw anything suspicious in the area at the time please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit a tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca Refer to case #ST21015551

Warrant

A twenty three year old woman formerly of St. Thomas was arrested in Ingersoll by the Oxford County OPP Sunday.  Oxford County Officers were dealing with the woman on an unrelated matter when they discovered she was wanted on a warrant by the St. Thomas Police Service.   The warrant was issued after she was identified as the suspect wanted in connection to an assault back in March.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ingersoll OPP Detachment.  STPS Officers attended Ingersoll to execute the warrant and released the woman on an Undertaking with court date.  ^15590

Warrant

Thirty four year old Frances Forsyth formerly of St. Thomas was arrested in London by London Police Sunday night.  Officers from the London Police Service were dealing with her on an unrelated matter when they discovered she was wanted on four separate warrants by St. Thomas Police.  The warrant were issued after she was identified as the suspect in several theft investigations which included shoplifting from store and using stolen debit and credit cards from vehicle entries.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building to be held for a court appearance. ^15591

Shoplift

Police are investigating after three men stole approximately $2000 worth of electric toothbrushes from Walmart Sunday night around 9 pm.  The men are believed to have loaded up several plastic bags with the toothbrushes and then fled out an emergency exit into a blue Toyota sedan with a driver waiting outside the door.  If you have any information about this theft please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit at tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca Refer to case #ST21015593

Wanted

Thirty nine year old James Derrick Boyd of St. Thomas is wanted on a warrant for Mischief to Property x3 and Breach of Release Conditions x3.  The warrant was issued following an incident back in July where police were called following a family disturbance. ^11168
