Late night snack results in breach charge

A 45 year old St. Thomas man who needed a late night snack was arrested early Sunday morning at a local restaurant.  Officers found the man to be in breach of a curfew condition he had recently been released on.  The man was arrested and held for Weekend and Statutory Holiday Court.
