Warrant

A  St. Thomas man was arrested Thursday morning after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Justice Building.  The man was wanted on a warrant after he was alleged to have breached his release conditions.  Twenty nine year old Judah Borland was taken into custody without incident and held for a court appearance.

Mischief

A thirty four year old St. Thomas woman was arrested at her residence on Center Street Thursday afternoon after police were called to a noise complaint.  The woman was blaring music inside her apartment in protest of being spoken to by police earlier the same day regarding an ongoing neighbour dispute.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building where she was charged with Public Mischief.  She was later released on an Undertaking with court date.

Warrants

A St. Thomas man was arrested by court security Thursday morning.  Elgin County Court House Security were dealing with the man on an unrelated matter when they discovered he was wanted on a warrant.  The warrant was issued after the man was alleged to have breached his court ordered release conditions.   As a result forty year old Corey Spizawka was taken into custody without incident and held for a court appearance.

A St. Thomas man was arrested Thursday afternoon after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Justice Building.  The man was wanted on a warrant by police after he was identified as the suspect recorded on security video shoplifting from The Real Canadian Superstore earlier this month.  Twenty nine year old Jordan Fiveash was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Undertaking with court date.  He is charged with Theft Under $5000.

A St. Thomas man was arrested on Talbot Street Thursday evening around 5 pm.  Officers on Community Patrol observed the man and recognized him as being wanted on a warrant.  The warrant was issued after the man was identified as the suspect recorded on security video shoplifting from the LCBO earlier this month.  Thirty one year old Brandon Burch was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  He was charged with 1x Theft Under $5000, 1x Breach of Release Conditions and released on an Undertaking with Court Date.

Window Broken
