Mischief

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, two individuals cut the barbed wire fence at the Bible Thrift Store and were observed rummaging through the bins. The two parties left on foot and it is unknown what was taken. Photos of the individuals will be provided when available. Theft

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, a female attended FreshCo and stole a variety of items making no attempts to pay. The female was observed on a bike wearing a white sweater, blue jeans and sunglasses. Theft

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, a male attended the Shell gas bar and stole $100 worth of gas. The male was operating a black Chevy Silverado which was stolen out of Essex County. On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, officers on community patrol located Lorretta Havell (50yrs) and arrested her on outstanding warrants. Havell was transported to cells where she was released with a future court date.

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021,  officers attended Greenway Park to investigate a male attempting to break into the mechanical room. Officers reviewed video surveillance and identified the male as being prolific offender, Robert Smith (39 yrs). On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, officers on community patrol located Matthew Irwin (35 yrs) and arrested him on outstanding warrants. Irwin was released with a future court date.
