Two Males Arrested for Shoplifting
At approximately 2:50 PM on July 3, 2012, St. Thomas Police were called to a Talbot Street retail store for a report of shoplifting. After a short search of the area for the suspects, police located and arrested two males for theft under $5000. The two males (ages 31 and 32) are not St. Thomas residents, and will appear in court at a later date. Police recovered the stolen merchandise, a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka.

Female Arrested for Shoplifting
At approximately 3:50 PM on July 3, 2012, police were called to a south end retail store for a report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, a female suspect was arrested for theft under $5000. The 35 year old St. Thomas resident was released on her own recognizance with a future court date. The property that was stolen was recovered.
