Bank robbery suspect arrested

At about 9:45AM Friday February 26, 2010 a 49 year old male entered the Bank of Montreal located at 739 Talbot Street. While inside the bank, he approached a teller and presented a note demanding money . An undisclosed amount of money was given to the suspect . The suspect then left the bank .Within minutes of the robbery , a St Thomas police officer located a male party matching the suspect’s description at Talbot and John Streets . The suspect, who resides in St Thomas, was arrested and charged with Robbery. All of the money was recovered . The accused has been remanded in custody , until Tuesday March 02, 2010
