Male arrested for prescription fraud

St Thomas Police report, shortly after 8:00PM Sunday February 21, 2010 a 47 year old, St Thomas male was arrested for uttering a forged document , and possession of property obtained by crime .The arrest follows an investigation involving fraudulent prescriptions, tendered at a local pharmacy on February 19 2010 . The accused was released by police on conditions that included March 23 , 2010 court date.
