TRESSPASS

On February 12th, 2010 at approximately 1:13 am Police were on general patrol on Churchill Cr. An alert Police officer observed two youth run out from behind a residence and go down into the gully area. Police searched the area and located the two youth on First Ave. One of the youth ran but was later caught by police. One youth was charged with Trespass by night and Breach of Recognizance from a previous charge and Breach of Probation. The residences were checked in the area and did not appear to have been entered or damaged in any way. The name of the youth is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
