Break and enter

St Thomas Police report, sometime between 8:00AM and 11:00PM Friday February 5, 2010 culprits broke into an Elm Street residence. A laptop computer was reported stolen from the premises .Police are continuing to investigate the incident. Shoplifter arrested

Shortly after 9:00 AM, Tuesday February 9, 2009 a 24 year old female was arrested for shoplifting, at a Talbot Street retail store . The accused was released by police on conditions that included a future court date .

Break and enter

On Tuesday February 9, 2010 St Thomas Police attended at an Arthur Street residence, regarding a break and enter .Police report, sometime between 8:45AM, and 11:15AM culprits entered the premises through a main floor window . Impaired driver arrested

Shortly after 8:00PM, Tuesday February 9, 2010 a concerned citizen contacted the St Thomas Police Service, regarding a suspected impaired driver, travelling through the parking lot of a Talbot Street restaurant . While speaking with the driver of the vehicle , the officer formed an opinion, his ability to drive was impaired by alcohol .
The 41 year old male driver was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he supplied breath samples in excess of the legal limit.
The accused was later released on conditions , which included a future court date.
