Theft from vehicle

At 7:51 PM Tuesday September 22 , 2009 St Thomas Police attended a North end medical building , to investigate a theft .
Police report , shortly after 7:30 PM a purse containing a quantity of money was stolen from the front seating portion of an unlocked vehicle , situated in the parking lot of the premises .
Witnesses observing the incident described the suspect as being , about 18 years of age , thin build , wearing a black
sleeveless tee shirt , dark coloured pants , a baseball hat , and riding a black coloured mountain bike .
Police are continuing to investigate the incident .

Theft of construction tools

St Thomas Police report , sometime between 5:00 PM Monday September 21 , 2009 and 8:00 AM Tuesday September 22 , 2009 culprits removed a aluminum brake , and wheel barrow from a North end construction site .
Police are continuing to investigate the incident .

Shoplifter arrested

On Tuesday September 22 , 2009 St Thomas Police attended at a North end retail store , regarding a theft .
Police report , shortly before 11:30 AM , store security apprehended a 32 year old St Thomas female for shoplifting .
The accused was held in custody overnight at police headquarters , awaiting a Wednesday September 23 , 2009 court appearance .
