Assault

Police are investigating an assault that took place Monday evening on Wellington Street.  A twenty two year old female is alleged to have spat on a male during a confrontation.  The two are known to each other.

Warrant

A forty four year old St. Thomas woman was arrested Tuesday evening on Confederation Drive after police were called to a family disturbance.   The woman is alleged to have breached her court ordered release conditions.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  She was charged with one count breach of release conditions and held for a court appearance.

Assault

A thirty five year old St. Thomas man was arrested Tuesday night after police were called to a disturbance.   The man was alleged to have assaulted his twenty seven year old estranged girlfriend during an argument.  The man was at large in the community released by the courts on conditions not to associate or communicate with the female at the time of the assault.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing where he was held for a court appearance.

Breach

A seventeen year old was arrested Tuesday night and charged with two counts Breach of Release Conditions.  The youth is alleged to have repeatedly contacted another youth ignoring a court ordered condition to not associate or communicate with the other person.  The teen was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building where they were held for a youth court appearance.  The youth was also issued a fine after officers seized a small amount of cannabis during processing.

Warrant

A St. Thomas man was arrested in Strathroy Tuesday evening by the Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service.  Officers were dealing with the man on an unrelated matter when they discovered he was wanted on a warrant by the St. Thomas Police Service.  The warrant was issued after the man was identified as the suspect alleged to have attempted to collect narcotics at a local pharmacy using a forged prescription   Forty one year old Shawn Ralf was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing where he was held for a court appearance.

Breach

A St. Thomas man was arrested Tuesday evening after police were called to a disturbance at a homeless shelter on Wellington Street.  The man is currently at large in the community released by the courts on conditions not to attend the facility.  Staff called after the man attended and refused to leave.  Twenty six year old Nicholas Wall was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing. He was charged with one count Breach of Release Conditions and held for a court appearance.

Warrant

A St. Thomas man was arrested early Wednesday morning on Elm Street.   Officers were dealing with the man on an unrelated matter when they discovered he was wanted on a warrant by Aylmer Police Service.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transferred into the custody of Aylmer Police.
