A St. Thomas man was arrested Wednesday after a fifty one year old woman was randomly assaulted on Talbot Street. The two were walking towards each other on the side walk near John Street. As they passed each other the man spat on the woman. Police located the man a short time later and took him into custody without incident. Thirty seven year old Joseph Kilbourne was transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building where he was charged with one count of Assault and one count Breach of Probation. He was later released on an Undertaking with Court Date.

A thirty seven year old St. Thomas man is wanted by police after he was alleged to have breached his court ordered release conditions. The man was previously charged with domestic related assault and directed to complete an anger management program which he failed to do. A warrant for his arrest is being sought for breach of release conditions.
A St. Thomas man was arrested Wednesday night on Princess Avenue. Officers on Community Patrol recognized him as being wanted on a probation warrant. The warrant was issued after the man was alleged to have breached his court ordered release conditions. Thirty five year old Matthew Lamoure was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building. Officers seized 86 grams of Cannabis from the suspect during processing. The man was charged with one count of Breach of Release Conditions and later released on an Undertaking for Criminal Court as well as a summons for Provincial Offences Court to answer to charges of having more than 30 grams of Cannabis in his possession.
